Well this isn’t a very good way to start the week off.  We came in this morning to an announcement that my company is cutting back.  Lay offs will start Friday.  Thank goodness they are starting with the ones that were hired last and working their way up from there.

I think there are enough people that were hired after me to keep me in a job a little longer.  If not, then I guess I’ll have plenty of time to do those home improvement jobs I have been wanting to get to while I look for a new job.  Tough times indeed out there but it’s gonna work out.
