One thing we all tend to forget is that our troops are out there fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq every day. There are doing their duty and helping to keep us safe from those who would do us harm. While I am never in favor of war and think it will not fix our problems, I think the troops deserve to be commended.

I had the chance to make a small donation the other day. I like to think that my gift will help brighten one of our soldier’s lives. I also pray that they will be kept safe from harm and be able to return home soon.
