Well, it looks like I need to do another update. This WordPress platform is really good and I know they have a lot of volunteers working hard to make it even better. But wow, it seems like everytime I log in to my dashboard I have a message that I need to update my WordPress application. This is starting to be a real drag. Between WordPress and Firefox sending out constant updates I feel like a slave to my computer.

The new Internet Explorer release does not impress me any more. I used to really look forward to the new versions – they always seemed to have an assortment of new features that made things faster, easier, more logical, etc. But ever since I switched to Firefox, I could care less what other browsers promise. I’m just not interested in IE or even Google’s new Chrome anymore.

I watch the news twice each day and read a variety of newspapers. I like to talk about current affairs and politics, but I started this blog a little too late to dish about the presidential election. But that’s cool – we can give the Obama crew their chance to make the changes they promised and if they slip up there will be plenty of us to to blast them back onto the right path.
